Primitive Camping

Days of sunshine, solitude, and tranquility await you at this desert/ranch campground.  With a multitude of choices, you may camp close to the store and RV park or enjoy the vastness of the wide open spaces that Stillwell Ranch has to offer. 

All campsites have campfire rings and we love your pets!  With the convenience of modern restroom facilities with showers, a washeteria, an old fashion general store that offers food, soft drinks, beer, and gas – Stillwell Ranch is the perfect campsite for visiting the Big Bend.

CAMPFIRES ARE PERMITTED with a metal ring, and of course, can never be left unattended.

Showers are available for all registered campers at an additional cost of $2 per day (or per shower).  Towels are provided for $1.00 per shower.  Due to our extreme drought conditions, we must limit showers to 3 minutes.  Thanks for helping us have enough water for everyone!

Outside folks who are not staying in our campground (like those just off the river, etc.) are welcome to stop by to use our showers, too, at a cost of $5 per shower (with a towel) or $4 (bring your own towel).
